Signed F. Laget at bottom of sheet and identified as a true copy. A humorous anti-Federalist “recipe”. One-page tall sheet; mounted. About 11 ¼” x 7 ¼”. Rare early political discourse during a period where few public political discussions were part of the election process. Federalist included John Adams and the opposition to Federalist policies, organized by James Madison and Thomas Jefferson began about 1791 and became the Republican Party. They were also known as the Jeffersonian Republicans and Democratic-Republican Party.
