Fine letter signed by Kentucky House members Harding, Yeaman, Grider and Mallory and both Kentucky Senators Powell and Davis all active Congressional members as of the date of this letter. 1 page folded 4 pages with others blank. Believed written in Harding’s hand with all signing letter at bottom. Kentucky was known as an early supporter of Lincoln as such were known to have been granted favors from Lincoln from time to time. A great Lincoln/Kentucky associated item. Is franked on reverse and mailed/delivered. Clerical notation “filed in Atty. Genls office April 23d/64” Very good condition.
