This ribbon at first glance would normally be identified as the first design in Sullivan but we think this is likely an unlisted 8 ½” long variation of WHH-1 but we are not absolutely sure. WHH-1 has "Fairfield County" at the top but the space is large enough so that it is possible this example also had that printing at one time but has since been trimmed. In all other respects it is identical to WHH-1 and is in excellent condition. One of the best examples we have seen. Great finely detailed engravings including a ribbon held in the beak of the eagle above which has “Harrison & Tyler” Estimate: $400-500
